FAQS
How do you keep track of your hours worked?
I utilize the Clockify timesheet to keep track of my hours. After the final step, delivery of product will be attached with a timesheet and final invoice. Keep in mind, package 1 & 2 are fit costs while any add ons and alterations requires payment by the hour.
I want a customized outfit, what's next?
Followed by an email requesting the package you want, we will set a schedule for a free consultation.
What do i need to prepare for my consultation?
During the consultation, please bring any inspirational photos pertaining the style you want. A consultation takes up about 30-45 minutes. We will chat about additional details desired, clients deadline, budget, choices of fabrications, choices of color, and an overview of production timeline.
Do i need to sign a contract?
YES! A contract is required to be signed before production begins. We will be working closely together to make sure all requests are satisfied. Prior to signing the contract, a proposal will be sent for client to view and accept. This allows both parties to be on the same page where changes can be made.
